From our Founder

Swish was founded with one goal in mind, to make a real difference in people’s lives. The way we lead our team and the way we deliver our services are built on this belief. In both passing moments and big ways, we all have the power to make a difference, and what better place to do that than where people spend most of their time, their workplace or home.
We meet the highest industry standards, but what truly sets us apart is the heart we put into everything we do. We specifically hire team members who are naturally empathetic and emotionally intelligent, and we grow those skills together. It’s not just about cleaning, it’s about creating a better space for the people who live and work in it.
In my personal life, I am passionate about community, personal development, and excellence. After years of managing teams and coordinating programs in the health, fitness, and sports industries, I wanted to create something more personal—something that truly makes a difference. That was Swish.
What started in 2022 with just me and my laptop has grown into a team of over thirty incredible people who genuinely enjoy working together every single day. Swish is more than a company.
